How do I know if something I buy is going to look good in my home? 

Some people have a knack for pulling interiors together and making it look effortless, but others struggle to make decisions and can find the whole process quite overwhelming.  Chances are, if it is something that you have felt drawn to instinctually, it's going to look good in your space, but you may have some difficulty finding the perfect spot for it. This is where we come in!  We can help guide you through the buying and decorating process, making it a more enjoyable experience all round!  We will always hone in on your unique taste and ideas for the space and then enhance that with our knowledge and understanding of colours, textures and furnishings.  There are so many aspects to consider when designing a cohesive space, so let us take the stress out of that process for you!  

I am concerned about COVID but really want to redecorate. How can this happen?

With more and more companies choosing to have employees work from home, people are recognising the need to make the most of their space. We have had a lot more demand for our virtual packages, so we are thrilled to be able to offer Zoom consultations during these uncertain times. How do you send products overseas?

Shipping is often challenging and can end up being considerably more than the item itself!  We are always happy to ship lighter pieces overseas but if there is something that is going to be prohibitively expensive, then we would suggest sourcing something closer to home. We will happily explore shipping options with you to see what is viable for you, the client! Email us at info@commonthreadstyle.com.au

How do I find international artisans and unique products without leaving my home?

We work with a fantastic group of incredibly talented artists and artisans, both near and far, who are constantly creating beautiful and unique pieces. We often have requests for specific items, so if you have an idea in your head but can't seem to find it anywhere, don't be afraid to reach out, we may be able to source it or have it made especially for you! 

I am so busy how do I find the time to source unique products?

If you are snowed under with work and life in general, we are here to take some of the pressure off. We love to source specific decorating items for clients, that special something you have been looking for but unable to find.  We will happily chat about an hourly rate to source items for you.  Then, if you'd like us to style the space, featuring your new items, we are happy to do that, too! 

Do I pay for shipping?

Yes, the client is always responsible for shipping, but we will always discuss options to determine what is the speediest, safest and most economical way to ship an item. We will not commit to anything until our client is happy and has signed off on it.
